Return and change of goods

We hope that you will always be happy with the products you shop with us, but if you for any reason you regret your purchase, you have 14 days with the right of withdrawal, according to Norwegian law. Note that the product must be unused and as new. 

Return of products

Follow instructions below to make a return or send us an email at contact@kjaerloge.no.
Remember to write returns and your order number in the subject field of the email.

1. Fill in a return form
2. Register your return with order number and email address.
3. Once you have been told that the return is approved, you can deliver your package to the nearest delivery location. 

You are Return Manager

It is your responsibility that the package arrives at us, even if we pay for a return post. Send one-mail to contact@kjaerloge.no if you have not received a return tag with your goods. 

Refund

Repayment should take place within 14 business days after we receive the product from you, to the same payment means used for the purchase.
When raising purchases due to delayed delivery from us, the same rules for return applies.

Complaint

If a mistake or deficiency is detected, the customer is obliged to advertise in writing to Kjær and Løge immediately, and no later than 7 days. You can report errors and defects in the products of Contact@kjaerloge.no.

Customer is obliged to examine the goods thoroughly at reception. Errors or deficiencies that should have been detected by such a survey cannot be applied if the customer has failed to investigate the item upon receipt. 

We reserve the right to forward complaints to the manufacturer or subcontractor for further assessment of any errors and deficiencies.

There are 2 years of claims on fabrication errors. Kjær and Løge have 2 possibilities for rectifying a product before any delivery is applicable. Troubleshooting in electrical systems and the use of an electrician are not covered.

Note! As large parts of our product range are made by hand, there may be changes in color shades and surfaces from lot to party. On products that require installation, this must be done by an authorized electrician. Errors due to the fact that this is not done, or done without taking into account the product's assumptions, is not covered by the right of claim, nor if mounting guidance is not followed.

Replace an item?

If you want to switch a product to a different color or variant, contact our customer service at Contact@kjaerloge.no. We can easily make orders that have not been sent before it is sent out. If the order is shipped, you must return the goods so that we can send you new ones. Note that the product must be unused and as new. 

When replacing goods, we send you we wanted to last back when we have processed your return. You will receive a new order confirmation when done.

Unwell packages

If a package delivered to your local delivery point is not retrieved, we reserve the right to debit NOK. 150,- for the shipping and handling costs this entails for us.

All attempts at fraud will be tracked and reported to the police.
