Delivery time and shipping

Delivery time 

From order, we count 1-3 weeks delivery time. This time will be reduced to 4 days of January 2025. 

K+L uses shipping and delivery services from 360 Logistics.

Packing and sending

All orders are processed and sent out Monday-Friday. Orders posted on weekends and holidays are treated this coming business day. We note that there may be increased delivery time depending on inventory on inventory.

Retrieve in store 

With HENT in the store you can choose from several delivery places. You will be notified by email when your package arrives selected delivery location.
Packages to be picked up in stores can be traced with reference in the order confirmation. You should have received your tracking number in an email. If you have not received the tracking number or need to get it re-sent, send an email to Contact@kjaerloge.no. We will answer you as quickly as we can.

Home delivery 

If you order home delivery you can choose from different times.

Unwell packages

For packages that are not retrieved within the deadline, K+l reserves the right to debit a fee of NOK 150 for the costs that the dispatch has incurred on us. Unclaimed packages are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal.
