Our vision

Kjaer + Loege will redefine the role of the electronics we surround ourselves with. Our driving force is design, always grounded in quality-assured smart and non-smart technology that keeps pace with market requirements and developments.

A wide range of interior design options makes it easy to adapt furniture and fixtures to personal style and material preferences. Within integrated electronics, on the other hand, development has focused on functionality, with little consideration for aesthetics and materials.

Light switches, dimmers and sockets are permanent fixtures in our surroundings, and we see, touch and use them every day. Our ambition is therefore to expand the role of electronics and make it a positive contribution to the overall impression of the interior architecture.

Through sculptural design and living materials, we will elevate the aesthetic and tactile experience of the integrated electronics in the room.

We are proud to introduce our new category, interior electronics, where design meets quality-assured smart technology. This is how we offer more choices that can be adapted to different personal styles and expressions, without compromising on functionality and technology.

It is high time that essential elements such as light switches, dimmers and sockets also help create personality and identity in the room.

About us

Kjaer + Loege AS was established in 2022 by the married couple Mette Kjær Enger Løge and Lars Løge, after many years of development. Head of Design Antonio Cascos Chamizo has been part of the project since 2016. The brand was launched at Oslo Design Fair and Designers' Saturday in the autumn of 2023, and the company entered the market in the spring of 2024. 

Mette Kjær Enger Løge

Creative Director

Mette is originally an educated dance teacher and has run her own company for the past 20 years. Her business concept has been to help office workers have a better working day by offering organised exercise to music, led by professional dancers and instructors.
Mette has long been fascinated by the lack of attention to design in integrated electronics. This led her to found Kjaer + Loege in 2022, together with her husband, Lars Løge, after many years of research and product development.

 



Antonio Cascos Chamizo

Head of Design

Oslo-based designer Antonio Cascos Chamizo holds a bachelor's degree in industrial design from Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design (IAAD) and a master's degree in interior architecture and furniture design from Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO).
For the past 10 years, he has worked on design and architecture projects.
Antonio is responsible for brand and product design at Kjaer + Loege.
